Since most services involve professional time, consultation, planning, documentation, filing work, and customized execution, refunds are governed by the terms below.
2. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Our services are based on professional expertise, interpretation, documentation, and compliance support. We do not guarantee:
- Approval by government authorities
- Tax outcomes
- Registration approvals
- Business profitability
- Specific financial results
Therefore, dissatisfaction based on outcomes alone shall not qualify for refunds.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made by the client
- Payment made for a service that was not initiated by us
- Technical/payment gateway errors resulting in excess deduction
- Cancellation accepted by us before commencement of work
Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 7–15 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following shall generally be non-refundable:
- Consultation fees
- Advisory fees
- Strategy sessions
- Filing fees
- Government fees
- Compliance-related work already initiated
- Documentation and drafting work
- Monthly retainership fees
- Digital products, templates, courses, or downloadable material
Once work has commenced, fees paid for professional time and effort are non-refundable.
5. Client Delays & Non-Cooperation
Refunds shall not be provided in cases where delays or non-completion occur due to:
- Delay in submission of documents
- Incorrect information provided by client
- Non-responsiveness
- Delay from government authorities
- Regulatory or legal issues beyond our control
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients wishing to cancel services must notify us in writing. Cancellation requests will only be considered before substantial commencement of work. We reserve the right to deduct:
- Consultation charges
- Documentation costs
- Administrative expenses
- Work already completed
before processing any approved refund.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication may lead to:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Legal recovery proceedings
- Restriction from future engagements
